What Locals Say about Clarabell on Grandview

  • Debra R.
"We like dogs and enjoy them in the neighborhood. Owners are responsible and our dogs like the dogs when they walk by."
  • Kendra C.
"There are many dog owners in area which is great. There could be bigger and better dog parks for dogs to run. "
  • Lizzy M.
"There are always people out walking their dogs. Many dogs are very friendly. Most people clean up after their dogs, but there are some people that don’t really care."
  • Deborah T.
"I’ve lived here since 1993. I feel relatively safe. I wish more improvements would be made like paving alleys, replacing sewer lines, moving the food bank out and replacing it with a community center or some other cultural use. I feel when the library and Walmart issues came up, the city council had already made the decision to move the library and put in Walmart and were required to open it up for comment but were not going to do what the people wanted. I use to go to the library all the time but haven’t gone since it moved. Driving down through Olde Town is taking your life in your hands. Horrible parking, dearth of handicap parking, lack of vegetation. "
  • "10 minutes from Denver, 60 minutes from Winter Park Resort, and a 15 minute stroll into Olde Town Arvada. It can't be beat. When the high speed train comes into Olde Town in 2015 this is going to be one of the hottest spots in the Denver metro area. Since the announcement, home values have begun to soar and new businesses are opening monthly. We absolutely love the lifestyle and community in the Olde Town/Arvada Plaza neighborhoods. "
