Building features include; small 9 unit building, secured entry, coin-op washer/dryer on-site, storage space and a private garden deck available for use by all building tenants. Street parking.

Rent: $1,400.00 per month. W/S/G included. Electric direct with SCL.

1. Photo I.D; Driver's License or State Issued ID card and Social Security card.

2. Credit report that demonstrates a willingness to pay financial obligations in a timely fashion and a FICO score of at least 700.

3. No records of eviction.

4. Favorable responses from references and previous landlords.

5. Employment History and Sufficient Income: monthly income of 3 times the amount of the monthly rent per applicant. Income verifiable through pay stubs, employer contact, and/or tax records. All other income, including self-employment, verified through tax records.

6. Rental History verifiable from unbiased sources. If related by blood or marriage to one of the previous landlords listed, or the rental history does not include at least two previous landlords, the application may be declined, or may require a qualified co-signer on the rental agreement. Qualified co-signers must meet all screening criteria plus make three times the amount of rent.

7. An up-front payment of approximately three month's rent (first, last, security deposit) is required by cashier's check or money order when signing a rental contract.

8. The first qualified applicant will be accepted.

9. If additional time is needed to complete the application due to a disability, a reasonable accommodation will be made. Email with the request.

10. This unit/landlord is not required to or voluntarily setting aside the unit for vulnerable populations.

11. Please note the property is smoke-free.
