Rent is $3,750 per month with a minimum 12-month lease. Tenants pay water, sewer, and electricity. Pets are considered with $35 monthly pet rent per approved pet and must be registered with the HOA. No smoking or subleasing.

First month's rent, last month's rent, and a one-month security deposit are required. Move-in is subject to completion of the HOA application process. Contact me to schedule a showing.
