Attention skiers and outdoor enthusiasts! This 2001 mobile home is located 30 minutes from the slopes and 40 minutes from downtown Denver plus you have access to light rail, I-70, US 6 & 40, and C-470 and right in the middle of hiking, bike-riding, and other outdoor activities. This one-owner mobile home has been kept up by the owners and the roof, vinyl siding, and windows were all replaced two years ago. The home also has metal skirting as well for a maintenance-free home.

The mobile home has three bedrooms and two baths with one of the bedrooms turned into an office. It also has a formal living room, formal dining room, breakfast nook, and family room. The home has a good size front deck and a very large back deck fit for company which was rebuilt this past summer. In addition, there is a patio located right off the back deck. Most of the landscaping has been done for maintenance-free living.
The kitchen has cabinets galore two with turntables and one slide out rack for pan lids. There is a custom slide out cabinet next to the trash compactor. The island is veined black marble while to remaining counter tops are done in a variegated tile, the stained glass lights are done in oak to match the cabinetry and there is an additional light over the oversized black sink.
The gas range has a self-cleaning oven, the refrigerator is a french-door setup with bottom freezer and water/ice dispenser in the door. The dishwasher has a third shelf for silverware which frees up space on the lower shelves. The kitchen has an above-the-stove microwave and built-in trash compactor.
The den has a built in oak entertainment center along with built in media cabinets with custom lighting and oak paneling. The dining room has a custom floor to ceiling book/display shelves. New 40 gallon water heater installed 12/2019.
The converted third bedroom has custom bookshelves and a large corner desk which can be removed and it boasts southern exposure for bright, natural light, a walk in closet and it also has two cabinets for an easy conversion into armoires. All interior doors are 6 panel style except for the two in the master bedroom.

It feels safe and secluded, but there’s a ton of highway noise. It also just looks and feels more like Lakewood than Golden. All in all it’s a quick ride into the mountains or city, safe, with beautiful views, kind neighbors, but tons of traffic noise."
