Backyard is a shared space: owners may allow 2-3 small, friendly dogs in the backyard, within reasonable hours during the day (1000-1900 hrs).
There is a chicken coop in the far backyard, and on occasion, the chickens do make minor sounds. No roosters.

    "There are mountain bike trails right down the street and you can bike just about anywhere. Our neighborhood only has one way in and one way out, since it’s tucked behind 70 and 6th ave. It feels safe and secluded, but there’s a ton of highway noise. It also just looks and feels more like Lakewood than Golden. All in all it’s a quick ride into the mountains or city, safe, with beautiful views, kind neighbors, but tons of traffic noise."
