Located in a quiet neighborhood and yet so close to all downtown Niantic has to offer; restaurants, shopping, movie theater and the famous Niantic Bay Boardwalk. Don't forget Rocky Neck State Park for nature enthusiasts with hiking trails and birdwatching. After a fun day at the beach enjoy a cookout on the patio with plenty of seating for everyone. This home comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen loaded with amenities, grill, beach chairs & umbrella - just bring your own personal items. Laundry, cable, wifi available. No pets/smoking. Application, credit check, security deposit required. $4600 per week, discount if renting more than 1 week. Check-in Saturday 4pm, Check-out 11am following Saturday. (1)June 25-July 2 (2)July 2-9 (3)July 9-16 (4)July 16-23 (5)Aug 29-Sept 5 Labor Day weekend. Niantic Outdoor Art Show tentatively July 3 & 4. Sailfest New London tentatively July 9.     "People here are mostly gentle and kind. My cat went missing once and the community exploded with kind words and support. Always plenty to do between Rocky Neck, the boardwalk, and all the cozy shops and parks. Beautiful scenery at all times of year. We moved here during the winter and the cute little street lights on Main street were done up like we had stepped on the set of a Hallmark movie."

    "Cute little beach area. Private beaches are not huge but do the trick. The beaches are on the river not the sound. Not all pet owners are courteous with cleaning up after their pets. Making changes such as fencing or a carport are next to impossible due to zoning regulations and neighbors making a big stink. Who wants to live with that?"
