Lovely sunny one bedroom on the second floor in a quiet house in a nice area. $1125 a month. Three rooms: bedroom, kitchen, and a living room large enough to be a living room/dining area or living room/office area. A lot of storage space in the apartment. Bus stops and laundry at the top of the street and a very walkable location. Utilities are NOT included. No pets. No smoking. Electric heat with a thermostat in every room. One year lease. First month's rent due as a deposit. Last, and Security due at the lease signing (Total due $3375.00). An applicaton with good references, proof of income, and a credit check will be required.     "Depending on the casino traffic, it is either 7 mins to cambridge or 27 mins. Also, the bridge to Cambridge by community college needs to be expanded to handle the increase in residential dwellings on the other side of the orange line that now cross there daily."
