The east side has parking for 4 cars (1 covered), entrance gate to the rear garden, and access to the front garden. The south side rear garden is fully fenced and secured by a 6ft fence with two lockable gates. It has a patio, two lawn areas, a fenced sports area, a tree house, storage shed, gas grill and open fire pit. The north side front garden is fully fenced with a 3ft bar fence, a covered porch, two grass areas with flower beds, and access to the street.
