About this House

This huge beautiful home has 5 bedrooms 3 baths. I am the owner and occupy one of the bedrooms. The other 4 are for rent. Largest room for rent is $1,200. The next largest is $1000 and two more bedrooms are $900 each. If you rent out the two upstair rooms I will give a $100 discount on your monthly payment . The bathroom upstairs will be your private bathroom if someone rents out both rooms. If not then it will be a shared bathroom.

This home is freshly painted inside and out. Parking for tenants is available on our huge driveway. One car per tenant on driveway. Additional parking on street with no street sweeping to worry about. New Window Shutters in most of the rooms and ceiling fans. The tranquil sound of the waterfall and landscape will relax you after a long day at work. Cook outdoors on our dual charcoal barbeque or on the Traeger Pro Series 22-Pellet Grill and Smoker.

All utilities are included except water which is divided equally amongst all tenants. No smoking allowed.

    "The worst ever on the freeways. Lots of accidents. Roads are not wide enough. Motorcyclist are always having problems fitting through between the cars. I wish that they were not allowed to go between us. When they pass you if you didn’t see them coming, they rev their engines and scare you in two weeks a while back I seen three different motorcycles down on the freeway between here and San Diego, the road that the Oasis is on is so noisy when I drive on it it definitely needs repairs."
