*Perfectly suited for someone who appreciates quiet such as a mature working professional ie;Educator, corporate, traveling nurse or doctor, military.*

NO: Couples, kids, pets, smoking|vaping. Single person only.
NO overnight guests.
NO shoes in house.
NO hanging pictures,posters,mirrors, TVs or other decor anywhere.
NO nails, hooks, support bars, racks or tape on walls, doors, mirrors, etc.

Female preferred.
Utilities included in rent.

Cannot store furniture in home.

You will be issued one house key. Key deposit of $50 Required. If loss of key requires a locksmith you will be billed the total amount of replacement and or repairs to fix. Key deposit will be returned at moveout; If the key is not lost or damaged. House key deposit is an additional fee and is not part of the move in deposit. Must show proof of renters insurance.

6 months lease (month to month). Option to renew at end of 6 months. 30 day notice must be given before moving out. Failure to provide a 30 day notice will result in loss of full deposit.

This is an HOA community. You are responsible for following HOA rules. Any violations, you will be billed amount of the fine. HOA fines are not part of the move in deposit. Fines are an additional fee and will not be absorbed by the homeowner. Any and all damage to the home, indoor or outdoor, appliances, storage areas, etc. will forfeit deposit.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement/lease. Proof of income will be required must have 3x monthly rent available. No pets due to allergies. First and last months rent required at move in along with security deposit.

No smoking/vaping anywhere on premises, first, last and security deposit to be paid at move-in.
