We are looking for occupancy of two for the price 2695 mo for the house fully furnished house. One month lease can be renewed up to 3 months no pets due to furnished home. Only one small non shedding dog allowed with screening please

Two occupants only for fully Furnished Month to month senior home age 55 plus required by strict HOA , Sun City Civic association with many activities across the street from us including a pool and workshops and concerts. Rental is month contract, mo to mo usually 1 to 3 mos or up to 6 months on a mo to mo agreement : as we may use the home in the future being seniors for retirement. Pretty fully furnished rent by the moon Home with largest yard ! 10,000 sq feet with sitting zen areas and gazebo, patio. 3 bd 2 ba house all one level. Again sorry for larger parties, we can allow: Two Adults Only plus PET by approval. Senior age 55 Plus age, Pretty house I will allow 2 adult age 55 plus occupants/ applicants and no more due to quality of property being fully furnished on a month to month stay basis
We are in Sun city Civic associate HOA for age 55 plus There is a pool and wonderful daily aestivates of all kinds you can check on the website as listed Sun City civic associaton Sun city CA . Available May 1, 2026. (we have a short two month senior in the home so showings need to be screened for appropriate fit on the phone first please) Thank you. House entire listing furnished 2500 months plus electric, gas and trash waste. Or rent a Nice room and house access for $1500 for one person.

The golf course is empty walking fields now, one house over across the street along with the HOA two huge swimming pools for owners, along with activity and study and craft ,yoga, tai chi, pickle ball, lawn bowling all free (except maybe supplies for woodwork or ceramics) if you rent the house and the classes offered. all across the road in a 3-5 min at the HOA Center.
A two block walk to groceries, stores and eateries, and bank.
