Heart of Riverside. Duplex- upstairs unit with separate entry. Call it home after a recent renovation, including updated kitchen and bath, all new appliances and fixtures, and a new washer/dryer. Within walking distance to a major medical center, river, Five Points, King St restaurants, and less than 4 miles from downtown. Tenant is responsible for utilities. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tenant is responsible for utilities; a $40 common area utility fee also applies. First and security deposit due at lease signing. No smoking. 1 off-street parking space available. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $300 deposit per pet.

    "I wouldn't call Riverside a "family" based side of town. It certainly can sire a family, but I wouldn't recommend the public schools here for kids. It's getting very crowded in Riverside, and I've lived here for over 20 years. However, if you're a young couple starting out, or in college with roomies, then it's very inviting, the night life is nice, plenty of hot spots, restaurants, shopping, live music etc. This side of town is for rich folk who's kids have moved out, or for young adults."
