Bedroom 2, a queen size room, 200 sq ft est, comes with a shared bathroom, standing shower/tub, closet and a ceiling fan with a remote; plenty of natural light through window; Monthly rent = $900 (max capacity one person- no double occupancy)

Lease Term: 12 months

Common Areas: Full kitchen privileges, access of the living room and family room. In house laundry facility is one of the perks living in this house.

Driveway Parking available on a first come first served and plenty of parking on a safe, non-main street.

The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood; convenient locations to two major grocery stores, drugs stores, parks, 2 streetlights away from the 215 freeway, libraries, Mt San Jacinto Community College and surrounding schools (elementary, middles school, high school).

Ideal for students or working professionals looking for a peaceful living environment.

This is a drug free/non-smoking house, no pets, no overnight guests allowed.

Both bedrooms are available by November 1st.

A minimum of 12-month lease term.
A non-refundable application fee of $50 per applicant (18 years old and above) for credit check is required.
Security Deposit for Master bedroom
equal to one month's rent of $1,500 and the first month rent must be collected before move-in date.
Security Deposit for Queen size room
equal to one month's rent of $900 and the first month rent must be collected before move-in date.

Utilities (gas and electric), water, trash, and Wi-Fi are split among housemates, typically ranging from $60 to $100 per person, depending on usage and the time of year.

Master bedroom will have one spot in two-car garage, street parking is also available on a safe, non-main street.

    "The worst ever on the freeways. Lots of accidents. Roads are not wide enough. Motorcyclist are always having problems fitting through between the cars. I wish that they were not allowed to go between us. When they pass you if you didn’t see them coming, they rev their engines and scare you in two weeks a while back I seen three different motorcycles down on the freeway between here and San Diego, the road that the Oasis is on is so noisy when I drive on it it definitely needs repairs."
