Our home has been painted inside and out, new floors, new landscaping, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, two bathrooms completely remodeled, master partially remodeled. New recess lighting with dimmers in most rooms. NEW A/C
and new furnice.

If you are not familar with Temecula, you will fall in love. Everyone is really kind and it might be the only place besides Hawaii with an Aloha vibe ;)

Owner pays for water and gardener. Tenant pays for all other utilities. House is unfurnished except patio furniture is included. Small pets are welcome, smoking not permitted.
