9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThere’s no safety in this school for your kids . DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE . This school does not care about kids safety at all!! We had to pull my nephew out due to bullying . The staff and principle are not helpful at all.Parent Review5mo ago17 Reviews - James L. Day Middle School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDisgraceful school. You can beg for months for your child’s disability to be recognized, talk to them about behaviors to expect, ask and ask for assistance with behavior plans or specific accommodations… and you will be ignored until the exact behaviors you talked about for months become “problematic” for them. They will suspend and give detention for nearly any reason, tell you that your child should just be able to act, think, and behave like the other children because they are a certain age. They’ll agree to help, sign a 504 (after 8 months of begging for help), and still suspend your child or give suspensions for the same exact issues they need help with. This is discrimination and targeting if I’ve ever seen it. My kiddo is a model citizen in every other area of life and in every other school attended, due to their ability to bring out the best in kids.I’ve watched videos and witnessed principal and front desk staff scream at children for misbehaving. The front desk staff screamed at my kid to get off his phone and threatened to take it in the office when I called about an emergency pick up and that I was there to pick up and be ready. The principal has screamed in kids faces and puffed his chest out while demanding that they follow his direction.Homework is a nightmare to figure out. If there’s death in the family or illness, good luck having an excused absence. Just a failure of a school. I wish I never brought my kid here.Parent Review11mo ago11 Reviews - Temecula Elementary School

"I live here since 2020 California is a pretty place but the people are not the best. Saint Catherine’s in Temecula is an amazing church and if anybody ever comes to visit, that would be my first stop."

"I have lived in Temecula for over 20 years. For the most part, it is a great place to raise a family. But the traffic has gotten horrendous and the city doesn’t appear to want to take action to remedy the issue. I avoid traveling in the city limits during the middle of the day. It’s terrible. "

"I just moved here from LA and it is so clean and has a real sense community and quality of life. I feel safe walking the streets and people are friendly. You do need a car to get around. The schools look really nice, and it’s a great place to live if you have kids. Wine is delicious as well. "

"There’s far less traffic than some other areas. There are prime rush hours on the highway in the morning and evening, but those can be avoided by timing your commute or taking back roads that take the same amount of time but feel faster. Overall, the commute is not bad. "
