The unit is available anytime between February 6th until the end of April as well as from July through September. Minimum stay is 30 days. Small discount possible for longer stays.
The unit features two separate but connected private rooms in the front half of the unit and a living room that would be used only by you, though a co-owner would need to pass through to access the shared bath and kitchen space. The co-owner's room is downstairs in the back.
The condo is a "railroad" style flat with a bedroom and study in the front and a kitchen/dining area in the rear. It has a sliding glass door that opens onto a large deck with a beautiful downtown SF view. Downstairs in the back is a large beautiful garden as well as laundry facilities.
You will have the place mostly to yourself including exclusive use of the front which includes both a bedroom and a large study/den which connects to the bedroom and features a large bay window facing the street and beautiful ginko trees.
One of the co-owners will be living in a room downstairs which has a separate street entrance and can also be accessed by the rear stairs leading to the garden. The kitchen, and bathroom which on the main floor are shared areas.
There is easy two-hour street parking or 24hr parking if a temporary residential permit is purchased. Unlimited free parking available a few blocks away. The condo is a 5 minute walk to the Castro's cafes, stores, and restaurants, as well as the Castro Muni Station.
The bath and toilet are victorian style, meaning that they are in separate yet adjoining rooms.

Winter PGE ranges from $100 to $250 depending on usage, tenant will pay 2/3 of that. (Co-owner's space is small)
