About this House

This is a very nice 4 bed, 2 (full) bath block home with a full brick front face. The kitchen has a breakfast nook, with separate living/dining and family room space. The family room space is open to the kitchen, which makes for a nice arrangement while working in the kitchen while entertaining. Overall, the house lays out very nicely for entertaining, with a large covered patio in back equipped with a built-in misting system, and a full deck around the pool and back of the house. All southern/western facing windows have shutters; the largest southern facing windows are in 2 of the secondary bedrooms, and the large shade tree in the front yard keeps those rooms from ever getting any direct sunlight. The home has a large extended master bedroom, with very spacious separated his and hers walk in closets, a deep soaking bath and glass shower enclosure. The secondary bedrooms are large. The entire entry through living areas are fully tiled with large new faux wood tile natural matching tile, and the home is upgraded with 3 newer french doors to the back yard (for master bedroom, living, dining and family room access) that open to make the entire house indoor/outdoor walkable. The Pebbletec pool comes complete with a built-in, in-floor cleaning system and a brand new pump. The pool is extremely low maintenance - I brush the sides of the pool about once a month during the summer, and the pool keeps itself clean with proper chemical maintenance. The house is equipped with both evaporative cooling and standard AC, the evap on the living side of the home has a light switch valve to direct the airflow into the garage for a very comfortable utility working space (this can even run at the same time as the AC in that side of the house). The 3-car garage has a high-end upgraded, heavily insulated door; being south-facing, even in the heat of the summer the garage never gets above 90 degrees with the sun beating directly down on the outside of the door. The large laundry room area is converted to a bonus room, with the laundry machines swapped into the spacious garage entry area. The roof has a peak line vent that keeps the attic much cooler in the summer and makes it easy to keep the house cool. There's also upgraded insulation, and a pull down ladder access with lots of attic storage space. Overall, this house is extremely "cherried out", and is one of the nicest models in the neighborhood.
