"the people from out of state are rude and have absolutely no manners. They are still uaing their address from the other state for licensing and registration. The rent is rediculous for the apartments it is for."

"this place is the armpit of mesa! Poor management. They are out to screw everyone over. price might sound good, but zero bang for your buck. horrible. they are crooks. they WILL take advantage of you. I would only recommend this place to the bbb, and mike holmes, holmes on homes"
