About this House

1st Floor, Just Completely Renovated and Sparkling Clean!

When we say just renovated, we mean everything, as you can see!
The unit was painted throughout, including kitchen cabinets (inside and out), more cabinets added along with the microwave, new appliances, fixtures, lighting, flooring and granite countertops. The bathroom is also all brand new! The hardwood floors were also just refinished.

This unit has several rooms that can be used in a variety of different ways. It has two bedrooms, an eat in kitchen, two living rooms or some people use the front room for a large primary bedroom.

One assigned parking space comes with the unit and there is plenty of street parking.

We supply the washer and dryer as seen in the pictures.

The owners are local people who are in the property management business and are very committed to renovating the property. There is always work being done. Each unit is clean and well maintained.

Already being in the business allows us to be very particular about the people we rent to- we have wonderful, respectful, long term tenants that we are very grateful for.

Still need more?
The unit has a bonus space approximately 10x10 often used as a computer/office room (also has a closet.)
Each unit has a separate HUGE storage area directly across from their unit (keyed with the same lock as your unit).
Love to Garden? We started a garden three years ago for tenants. Anyone who wants a garden plot can just let me know.
There is a dumpster on the property that gets emptied 2X/week (not 2X/month).
All cars are moved for storm clean ups- we text everyone, so everyone knows when to move their cars. Everyone does their part.

The rent is $2,100 and this includes the heat!
Tenants pay for electricity. Hot water is electric and the average bill is about $75 per month depending on your lifestyle.

One or two indoor cats (max) are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit (to be used for removing pet dander when you vacate the unit.) So sorry- no doggies please!

What we require for application approval

"There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood quiet roads and sidewalks to walk them. There are also trails and parks nearby. The only issue for us in our neighborhood is that there are several families that allow their dogs to be outside off leash and unfortunately our dog does not do well with other dogs."
