APARTMENT DETAILS:
- Kitchen with appliances and tile floor located off of the living room.
- Living room.
- Bathroom with tiled shower/tub.
- Bedrooms with closets.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Street parking.
- No laundry onsite.
- Heat and hot water included (tenant pays electricity).
- Cats are allowed with $25 per month pet fee.
- Dogs are allowed with $50 per month pet fee.

- Available Early July!
- $1525 first month's rent + $1425 security deposit = $2950 cashier check or money order required up front.
- MUST be able to commit to a lease through June 30th, 2027.

    "There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood quiet roads and sidewalks to walk them. There are also trails and parks nearby. The only issue for us in our neighborhood is that there are several families that allow their dogs to be outside off leash and unfortunately our dog does not do well with other dogs."
