The Robertson-Dalrymple mansion was built in 1885, and was designed by St. Paul architect Charles Mould. Across the street from 265 Summit is the famous James J. Hill mansion. Any day of the week strollers enjoy this wonderful avenue, and the nearby restaurants on Selby and Grand avenues. The location at 265 Summit is walking distance to downtown St. Paul, and access to hwy 94 & 35E is convenient.
