Townhouse is part of a small HOA community with only 6 units, of which 2 are owner-occupied - it's a friendly and welcoming community! Back and front yards and driveway/parking area are shared areas however parking spots are assigned.
This townhouse was owner-occupied for 11 yrs and I was sad to move out. It's a truly great home, neighborhood and location!

Owner pays for trash, water. Tenant pays for electricity & internet (there is no gas).
