The main living area has a vaulted ceiling that makes the space feel open and bright. There's HVAC in the central living space plus wall heaters in each bedroom.
Location is a huge plus! It's less than a mile from Hayward Field and close to campus. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, within one block of the YMCA, Amazon pool, Amazon Park and Sundance Natural Foods.
Outside, there's a big backyard with plenty of room to hang out, plus a well-kept front yard. The garage can be used for storage or a bonus space for workouts, projects, or extra hangout room.
(We are currently living in the house, and we have a dog. After we move out, we'll ensure the house is professionally cleaned, but this is an important consideration for people with pet allergies.)
