2 bedroom apartment with a great layout and location. Minutes to the South Side, Downtown, Oakland, or the South Hills. Lots of natural light. Good closet space. Washer/dryer connections are available in the shared basement laundry area.

Rent is $895/mo. Tenants pay gas and electric. Water, sewer, and trash are included with the rent. No pets. No smoking. Tenants are required to pass a background and credit check (minimum score of 600). Must be able to document income of 3x the monthly rent in household income. No prior evictions. Security deposit is one month's rent. Sorry, we are not set up to accept section 8 payments.
