"We’ve been here for 9 years and its pretty peaceful and not much traffic noise. You hear the train daily in the distance though its up against the neighborhood and they usually obey by not blowing horn close by. Farmers market is every weekend in downtown Gilbert plus theres plans to build more small retail as most places are restaurants. "

"This is a great neighborhood. My mother in law and father in law were one of the first families to have a home bully here. It was built in late 1996. My father in law passed away just over a year ago and my husband and I moved here from Las Vegas to take care of my mother in law. We have a few neighbors that have become great friends that also purchased and had their homes built shortly after this home was built. "nicer than expected. everyone is super friendly everybody is polite and waves, they're not overly talkative. the kids are respectful they get out of the road when they see you coming. the HOA puts on community events and they're fun. I truly do like this neighborhood. "

"My favorite part about the neighborhood is the access to the bike trail system. It allows me to bike and walk my dog to many places. I’ve lived in Gilbert for over 20 years - This is my second house I’ve purchased in Gilbert & I love this area. "

"We moved in March 2021 to Gilbert, AZ and so far we like it. People are nice & friendly. What we don’t like is the crazy driving habits on side streets — like freeway driving — it’s risky and you hear accidents on the news each day!!! "
