"Local garage sale day is a big deal. It’s called Mother of All Garage Sales (MOAGS). Takes place once a year in the early summer."
  • Jason Greenspan
"35 minutes of highway driving each way. Not bad. Wednesday and Thursday are the worst for congestion."
  • Doug T.
"This neighborhood has access to it all. Cute downtown, marina, beaches, train station to Seattle, parks, major hospital, K-12, community college, & shopping. Great place to live that’s getting better thru current waterfront expansions. "
  • Knewton97701
"Dog lovers will truly enjoy this neighborhood. Great sidewalks, nice people, no issues! During the holidays all get festive! Halloween is crazy fun and Christmas is beautiful here! "
  • Knewton97701
"Great place to live!! I can really see myself putting down roots and staying here for the long hall. Very festive community!! "

  • Jeremiah E.
"I like quite living and this is a very nice neighborhood with a very convenient location for a quick downtown walk"
  • Gillian E.
"awful place to live. full of drugs and frightening people. neighbors are loud at all hours of the night, police are called at least 3 nights a week. lots of break ins and we never have fully felt safe, even with security measures in place. "
  • Jennifer P.
"friendly neighbors quiet all around really great place to live dogs are well behaved and dont bark constantly schools and stores are close by so convince "
  • Kcarpenturner
"I have lived in the Historic North Everett area for 6 years. The neighborhoods are great with friendly people and good walkability for kids and pets for the most part. We live close to the hospital, and our street tends to be on the quiet side although there seems to be more traffic than when we first moved here a few years ago. Some of the main streets in this area are much busier traffic-wise. There is some property crime in general, but we have always taken common sense precautions and have never had a problem. There are a few great places to eat in and around downtown Everett, although you will get much more variety in Seattle, which is a 20-25 minute drive away. Another advantage of living in Everett is being relatively close to Seattle but without having to pay the higher King County property taxes. Everett has a great coop grocery store, alternative health care practitioners, yoga studios and the like if you are interested in that sort of thing."
