This FULLY FURNISHED long-term rental, 1-year lease, is available July 1st. Enjoy renting individual rooms in our 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms in our home ($1,150 per room that share a bathroom ). The Landlord will reside in the basement apartment and is responsible for snow removal, lawn, pool and house maintenance. The Landlord will share kitchen, laundry room (in basement) and outdoor space only.

Located across the street from Market 32 grocery store, and 5 minutes from Blackstone Valley Shopping Center and easily accessible to highways. Lots of windows, hardwood flooring, eat-in kitchen, formal & casual dining room, 3 large bedrooms and closet space on the upper level with individual splits for AC and heating, master bedroom's bathroom is attached, Great Room with fireplace, heated pool, pool house, fire pits, large back deck, greenhouse, and 2-car attached garage with ample parking space. Kitchen stainless steel appliances and washer and dryer are included. Tenant has access to all things listed above.

First, last month's rent & $1,150.00 security deposit. Oil & Electric are tenants' responsibility. Utilities included: water, sewer, gas, trash, internet and cable. May smoke outside of home. One dog resides in the basement with the landlord and additional dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis.
