Located just minutes from the town's top-rated restaurants and cafes, you can indulge in delicious cuisine and beverages without the need to travel far. Just a short drive to the beach, you'll enjoy all the beach has to offer, from strolling along the shore to swimming in the ocean. Or dine alfresco and take in the sea salt breeze from the inter coastal in nearby downtown.

The house can sleep up to 8 adults OR 8 adults and 2 children. We have a mini crib for infants.

A gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook up anything you need. We take pride in outfitting our kitchen with:

lots of baking pans and pots
+ plenty of dishes and glasses, as well as spices, , and cooking oil
+ 2 refrigerators
+ 2 dining rooms
+ outdoor deck with a dining set

Our house is in old town so all the sight seeing is where we are. Although we are near the water and sailing cruises, there are no beaches in downtown.
There are so many beaches nearby:
Anastasia State Park (3 miles). Many people bike there. It's an 8 minute drive. Bike rentals are just down the street from our house at the Lincolnville museum.
Vilano Beach, 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.
St. Augustine Beach- 10-15 min, park anywhere along the island (free parking)

Rent bikes to all the amazing downtown restaurants and museums
+ Under 10 minutes to multiple beaches
+ 1st floor bed+bath
+ Community pool (YMCA $2/person)

Our house is in old town so all the sight seeing is where we are. Although we are near the water and sailing cruises, there are no beaches in downtown. There are many beaches nearby though- the closest being Anastasia State Park which would be across the Bridge of Lions from downtown. Many people bike or jog there but it's not walkable. It's an 8 minute drive. There are bike rentals just down the street from our house. Several other beaches are down the island from there or North of town is Vilano Beach, also 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. You can just park anywhere along the island and be at the beach.
