We are a 55+ Independent Community located in the beautiful Santa Clarita Valley. Beginning Spring 2025, we will have a completely new clubhouse with a Great Room, Fireplace, Kitchen, Bingo board, Pool table room and more. We will also have a new pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, including two BBQ's. Also on our property is a Community Garden where residents can have their own plot, with plenty of places to relax, along with Bocce Ball Court, Cornhole and Horseshoes to enjoy. If you have a dog, we have a Dog Park. We also have an on-site Salon.

We offer 6 or 12-month leases. Gas, water and trash are provided by the management. Ask us about our short term leases.
