    "Unfortunately the area suffers from mobile crime, selfish drivers, and people that are part of the "Me First" movement. Trust in the area comes hard. Rents are too high, so this makes for many adults to a unit. Very little spare parking."

I could do without so much traffic, but that’s what you get between LA and Santa Barbara. We have great weather, plenty of outdoor activities for all.
