The house is VERY clean.

We are private owners not a management company so you will get personal care and there are some hoops that you won't have to jump through in order To Rent this house.

The rent is $2100 per month.
After the first month's rent at move-in you can pay that twice a month, every two weeks or every week whatever your preference is.
The income requirement is three times the rent or 71,000 per year "ish", per family, not per individual. The security deposit is $2000. You may find others in Apopka for that price but they won't include the things I'm including and when you have to keep calling and calling and calling the management company and they don't respond to maintenance issues you might wish you had a direct line to the landlord! lol :)
The application fee is $100 (per family).

A minimum one year lease.
Minimum income requirement is at or about 71,000 per year per family not per individual. WE INCLUDE PEST CONTROL AND WEEKLY YARD CARE. We allow one small cat or dog.
