About this House

I am renting a full renovated basement 2 bedroom one bathroom new master room and regular room independent exit and bills included

Utilices incluided one year lease agreement but owner reserves right to vacant property after nonpayment from tenant without 10 days of the month
Tenant responsible for returning the property as was given otherwise security deposit won't be returned
Tenant is responsible keeping basement in clean condition
If tenant wants to break the lease 2 months rent will be required to move out and one month notice should be given otherwise deposit won't be returned Tenant
If they break the lease before the year it won't be returned Tenant
Laundry usage will be allow but be concider about billing
No smoking in the basement I will prefer not drinking or bringing extra visitors to it or making parties otherwise owner has the right to terminate the lease contract at any time any term has been violated.

    "Neighborhood is very dog friendly. People are constantly walking dogs of all sizes and breeds. We have a 100 pound Rottweiler and have no issues walking her in the neighborhood. Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
