"The city is setting up Rapid Transit right on Eastlake. Not a good neighborhood for car owners. If you take the bus or walk or bike - this neighborhood will be usable. NO grocery store here!"
  • Tanyac
"You can walk along the water and let them splash around or head to the parks for some fetch. Most people clean up after their dogs and we interact with other friendly dogs regularly."
  • Aina W.
"It’s a dog friendly neighborhood and there are great places for dogs to run. It’s awesome and very inviting "
  • Aina W.
"I think it’s a great neighborhood for dogs. Water access is everywhere and people are super friendly. "
  • Mellow328
"There’s a handful of owners whom don’t pick up after their dogs. There’s also no dog park to let your dogs run around off leash. "
  • Annajenn
"Beautiful, especially in the summer. Tons of cute little mini parks by the water to enjoy the view. Not many bars/restaurants within walking distance, but the few (mammoth, serafina, ciccheti) are great. "
  • do n. c.
"I just moved here and I love it. I wake up to the birds chirping and fall asleep to the crickets and frogs. The city views are incredible. I am close to Pete's Market which has a wonderful produce section and amazing variety of wines. I love being just down the road from 14 Carrots CafƩ, an awesome breakfast and lunch location. I will live here for as long as my landlord will allow. I love it so much!"
  • Michael F.
"I live here, and walk to work. Eastlake is a great neighborhood if you enjoy living an urban lifestyle, with great restaurants, shops, and parks all within walking distance. Public transportation is excellent, with frequent buses."
