Villa Orleans is a beautiful, two-story gated community with a lovely landscaped courtyard. This 14-unit complex is located 2.5 blocks from Five Points shopping area and 3 blocks from the King Street entertainment district. Cummer Art Gallery and the weekly Riverside Arts Market are 6 blocks from the apartment. Saint Vincent's Hospital is 5 blocks away. Baptist Hospital is 2.1 miles. The Naval Air Station is a 15-minute drive from Villa Orleans and a 5-minute drive to Jacksonville's Urban Core.

The apartment has central heat & air, laminate and tile floors, granite countertops, and wood cabinets in the kitchen. On-site Laundry room conveniently located on premises. Off-street parking and pest control are included in your lease.

When applying, please have a credit report under six months old. We run a background check. The required income is 3X monthly rent. No pets allowed (service animal allowed).

    "I wouldn't call Riverside a "family" based side of town. It certainly can sire a family, but I wouldn't recommend the public schools here for kids. It's getting very crowded in Riverside, and I've lived here for over 20 years. However, if you're a young couple starting out, or in college with roomies, then it's very inviting, the night life is nice, plenty of hot spots, restaurants, shopping, live music etc. This side of town is for rich folk who's kids have moved out, or for young adults."
