Room Description

Three bedroom and one bath home, renting out one room with a shared bathroom partially furnished, I am a single professional 61 year old female living with my 24 year-old son. We do have two dogs and chickens on a nice size property. I am asking $800 a month with all utilities paid. Will update pictures of the room house and property shortly. If you are handy such as helping out with yardwork, I may consider knocking $200 off.

Clean parks and clean sidewalk areas gardens with flowers, nice grass growing, 🌹💗 good morals and keeping safe, good parking. no speeding cars in a residential areas, high standards, good to be there at the moment but, gym time is important, having a healthy body matters. saddle ridge is an special beautiful place to live.     "I work in Martinez about 6 minutes away by car and 37 minutes walking, soooooo it’s easy. Highway 4 East is often a nightmare but you can usually get to 680 without getting stuck as long as it’s not between noon and 5pm"
