NEIGHBORHOOD - Located in Colington Harbor which is a gated, resort boating community with a private sound side beach, basketball courts, and dog park. It is just minutes to the ocean front. The home itself is 5.7 miles, or 12 minutes from Croatan Highway according to google maps. T.J.'s Gas and Grill / Convenance store is located just outside the gate along with Colington Pizza. In addition, two amazing restaurants are located right on Colington Rd, Colington Cafe and Salt Box Cafe.

STUDIO APARTMENT -The apartment is an open floor plan, bright, spacious, very private and located inside this beautiful home which is set up similar to a duplex. Small private deck area.

BEDROOM / BATHROOM / KITCHENETTE AREA - The living room door leads to a very spacious bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a built in king sized bed, built in entertainment center, his and her closets, huge luxurious bathroom, sitting area, dining area, and kitchenette. This area contains wonderful waterfront views as well. The kitchenette area has a full sized refrigerator, small sink, two burner cook top, and convection oven.

DECK AREA - It is a tranquil setting great for enjoying morning coffee, a meal, or perhaps an afternoon libation. The home is situated on a double lot, and set on a particularly wide section of the canal. We are able to enjoy an abundance of wildlife, including such things as osprey, blue birds, king fishers, and on rare occasion even an otter or two.

WASHER DRYER ACCESS - Tenants will have access to an on premises washer and dryer.
