This comfortable 1 bdrm / 1 bath apartment offers plenty of off-street parking, on-site coin-operated laundry facilities, shared courtyard, wifi and utilities included. Pets allowed, upon approval.

The bedroom has a queen bed for 1-2, black-out curtains, and a dedicated desk area. Full kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable leather swivel rocking chair and Roku tv allow you to relax with your own streaming services. You'll receive your own dedicated code for the door lock, and can snooze in the recliner while streaming your favorite shows.

Pets allowed upon approval - certain dog breeds are not allowed, per insurance limitations. Please contact management for full pet policy. $200 non-refundable fee per pet.

Minimum 640 credit score preferred, criminal history and background check required. Valid current travel work contract can suffice for income requirement.

    "I lived out of city limits for 6 years. Kingman was once a little town with Stockton Hill Road once being two lanes and all dirt. In coming back now after a 3 year absence, I can't say I am much impressed. The drug problem is still widespread, Birdland looks worse than ever, and houses are being built as fast and as close together as possible. But where are good paying jobs? Where are cultural experiences? Where is diversity? Where is industry and city planning? Kingman has potential, but the sudden influx of those fleeing California shows the town is growing out, not up. Kingman needs long range goals to retain its new residents and attract others. I hope the next time I visit for a sustained period of time that I feel better about this town. "
