About this House

The location is perfect. Close to downtown, but not in a business area, this location is excellent for getting to work as well as leaving work behind.
There is a half basketball court to help with your exercise program and a large koi pond surrounded by decking to relax and have barbeques. The landscaping is mature and requires minimal maintenance. The backyard is finished in concrete for a dog run and the yard is fully fenced.
The master bedroom has a small Juliet balcony and the living room has a larger balcony (handy for parties or breakfast al fresco).
For our colder months, there are two fireplaces and plenty of windows to let lots of light in.
With central heating and air conditioning, you will be comfortable all year long. You can also take advantage of Seattle's milder climate and just open the windows. Screens are in place for that.
There are two parking spaces in the garage, but you can have two more in the driveway.
There is even a bonus room! Use for your pets or for work.
The laundry is located in the garage next to a large utility sink. The crawl space, adjacent to the garage, is partial finished and could be used for storage.

"The Madision Valley area has continued to improve over the 10 years I've watched it and with recent new resturant additions, all kinds of parks, and being a mile from downtown, there a few places as desireable to be in my opinioon."
