LOOKING FOR CONTRACTORS, BUILDERS AND HANDYMEN This house has brand new siding on the front and side - the back and other side need to have the siding installed (which is laying in the back yard ready to put up by someone). It does have all new windows but windows need to be trimmed out on the inside. Seller hired someone to do the work and it just is not getting finished so the seller is selling this house in As-Is Condition. New front porch - walk in the front door and straight ahead is a large laundry room. To the right is the hallway and then stairs to the left leading to the 2 upstairs -decent size bedrooms (Jack and Jill) the east bedroom has a nice new deck and sliding doors facing the canal. Back down stairs the hallway turns to the left and then to the right with a closet, a half bath and another closet. Now you are facing the Canal, you have a small living area, combo dining area and a galley kitchen. Off the dining area is a nice screen in porch with Custom Screens and off the living area is a new back deck. There is a LARGE storage building in the back of the house and the seller owns half of the boat dock along with the neighbor to the left (nice boat dock) - you have around 22 ft. of water and a very nice canal view - canal is big and plenty of room to turnaround - you are only a few houses and a VERY SHORT DISTANCE TO THE SOUND. THIS HOUSE WOULD MAKE A GREAT SUMMER BEACH GET AWAY FOR THE RIGHT PERSON NOT AFRAID OF FINISHING THE WORK NEEDED.

    "The school is not properly set up for academics. Since Covid, it seems the teachers are less face teaching and more computer teaching. Sports- if you were not born here then your child will have a difficult time making teams and fitting in. It’s Daddy’s ball for sure with all sports and clubs. Drugs are in the schools so teach your child what to be careful with. "
