ONCE IN THE DOOR YOU WILL NOT NOTICE ANYTHING BUT THE VIEWS WHICH ARE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC - Nothing but water in front of you, on the side of you, views from every room. Come take a look at this well maintained `sound front beach home located in Colington Harbor. Storage Room below with outside shower and plenty of parking for cars. Lot has been bullheaded with a small walkway across it. Come up the front steps and enter a screen porch, open the door enter the kitchen WITH VIEWS, pantry, lots of cabinets and open kitchen design help to capture the views, enter the dining area with a big sliding door taking advantage of the sound views, step into the living room and notice that the whole downstairs is framed with windows capturing - YES YOU GUESSED IT - VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS. There is a master bedroom on the first level and a full bath also. Step upstairs on a "Circular Stairway" - it is not the typical spiral stairway- this one is sturdy and the steps are bigger to assure good footing. There are 2 guest bedrooms with a full bath in the middle (not a Jack and Jill). One of the guest bedrooms has it's own private deck Yes, WITH VIEWS
 The upstairs also has a very nice Loft and of course MORE VIEWS
 Also a gas fireplace.

    "The school is not properly set up for academics. Since Covid, it seems the teachers are less face teaching and more computer teaching. Sports- if you were not born here then your child will have a difficult time making teams and fitting in. It’s Daddy’s ball for sure with all sports and clubs. Drugs are in the schools so teach your child what to be careful with. "
