"There’s a park close by, a pool close by and the property is on a cul-de-sac. I’ve lived in this neighborhood before, and I would be very happy to live in this neighborhood again."
  • Trulia User
"Family neighborhood, lots of kids running around playing. Friendly people. Quiet nights unless it's July 4th. All the kids on my block know each other. Got to watch for people speeding. "

"We can commute off of Colfax going a westerly direction. Off of Wadsworth onto 20th Street to about Dover for the Morse Park area. 20th goes West to Youngfield and on other neighborhoods West of town. Visa very East from Kipling on 20th to Dover & onto Wadsworth. 20th goes all the way through town. A detour at Sheridan & 20th due to Sloan's Lake."
  • Rachel N.
"It is a family friendly area. Slater Elementary on 24th just North of 20th on Dover. Great school. Whitlock Center for sports and park area. This Center has tennis and a small area for small children. Morse Park for entertainment. Shopping center on 20th and Sheridan, with lots of fast food. Colfax has fast food, grocery shopping with Safeway, King Soopers, and great driving to Kipling, and Simms. There's also the Mills Mall and great restaurants. Lots of dental care and doctor offices close by. There's Westside Women's Clinc On Colfax in front of Dover. Most all Bank affiliations close by."
