My three children went through the Montour school district and honestly if we had to do it again, we definitely would have went a different route. We did not have a good experience. My experience has been that the people who love this district are the ones who grew up here, stayed here and sent their kids to Montour, as well. So as you can imagine, if things are going well….then great!…..but if you have a problem and you are not part of the good ole boys….no one will really help you. Moon, West Allegheny and South Fayette are close and probably better choices than Montour. My children are grown now and have their college degrees and adult jobs and not one of them is interested in staying and raising a family here in Montour.

Not enough rain barrels and pavilions also every time I missed a shot on the basketball court I had to go run down the whole court just to get it because it’s so slanted and also they never let us use the court anyway
