The kitchen has a small apartment-size fridge, electric cook stove and plenty of countertop space. The bathroom has a small vanity and stand up shower. The home features very large windows nearly floor to ceiling and has beautiful plank flooring throughout.
Please note: There is no laundry in the building. The home features a small sectional, full size bed frame and matress and a
TV stand. There is room for a small 2 person table in the kitchen hallway. The door is approx, 24 inches at entry. Parking is on the street in front of the building. Tenants are responsible for shoveling the small sidewalk and areas up to their entry door. No smoking, no pets. Professionally managed by Frontier West properties
