- $75 flat utilities (electric/wifi/trash/water) and common items (hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap and monthly cleaning service)
- No pets allowed
- No smoking or vaping of any kind
- Garage parking is available for $30 per month
- Washer/Dryer
- Shared powder room on main floor

- 1 mile to the Iliff Light Rail station
- 10 min drive to DTC
- 12 min drive to Anshutz Medical Campus and VA
