"This is a very Bad area. Avoid at all costs. I’m trying to move out now. Lots of drug users and car thieves... I really regret moving here."
  • Margaret A.
"It’s international diversity. Access to highways and public transportation. Restaurants close by. Supermarket within walking distance."

"Incredibly close to Cherry Creek Wetlands & Reservoir, which has an off-leash dog park. There is also the Kennedy & Lowry off-leash dog parks that are close. There are a lot of parks, in general, just for walking your dog."
  • Nikki W.
"I drive to and from my neighborhood or I sometimes carpool with my neighbor."
  • Jenny H.
"By car, commuting can be a pain because I live off of Iliff & Yosemite (near Parker) & Iliff is incredibly busy but it's not too bad if you learn to take the back roads like Wabash. And there's the fairly new bridge that now allows you to cross the Highline Canal so you can avoid the Quebec & Iliff intersection, which is always horrible traffic-wise."
  • Nikki W.
"It is a great, safe neighborhood for all types of families!"

"It’s a melting pot of people from all over the world. Pretty amazing! Quite a difference from the Colorado of 35+ years ago."
