Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from October 23, 2023
Perfect for owner occupants or an investor looking for a solid turn key investment, 2243 N Bouvier St. is ready for its next owner! Move right in or put tenants in place right away. The property has been refreshed with new paint, new kitchen and kitchen appliance, and new bathrooms. The property was completely rehabbed in 2008 with new electrical, plumbing, windows, drywall, hardwood flooring, etc, making this an updated, low maintenance home and/or investment. The first floor has a bedroom in the front of the house, living room, kitchen with a built in island/bar, half bathroom, and access to the fenced in and private backyard. Upstairs are three good sized bedrooms all with normal sized closets, not those old school rowhome useless closets, and the full bathroom. Only steps from Temple University, 2243 N Bouvier is great as a student rental, regular rental, or for owner occupants looking for a first floor bedroom and to be close to public transportation. You are steps from buses 33, 2,4, 16 and the Broad St subway line and a 20 minute walk to Regional Rail. It's getting harder and harder to find solid, turn key properties at this price. Don't miss out!

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son is a sophomore at Carver. I love it! The kids are bright and hard working, and the environment is safe and generally focused. Most teachers work hard and go the extra mile. However, there are teachers who teach the same content, lecture-style that they have taught for years. My son cares deeply about his grades, and I think that is largely because of the environment that is created. I am very proud to have my son attend Carver!Parent Review7mo ago - Check out schools near 2243 N Bouvier St.

"I have been loved in the area almost 40 years. It used to be a neighborly when I was growing up. Things have changed it’s not so quiet anymore, motorbikes race through the neighborhood on nice days, people are loudly roaming the streets all night long. It is surprising how much is being charged for rent in this area, although it is very close to Temple."
