Section 12. WEAPONS & FIREARMS POLICY
To ensure a safe and non-intimidating environment for all professional roommates, the following rules apply:
Common Areas: The possession, carrying, or display of firearms, ammunition, or any "deadly weapon" (as defined by F.S. 790.001) is strictly prohibited in all shared common areas, including the kitchen, living room, laundry, and backyard.
Storage Requirements: Any legally owned firearm kept within a Tenant's private room must be stored in a locked, CA-approved or similar high-quality gun safe or locked container at all times when the weapon is not being actively handled for lawful purposes (cleaning/maintenance within the room only).
Safety & Maintenance: No cleaning, loading, or unloading of firearms shall take place in common areas. Discharge of any weapon on the premises (including "accidental discharge") is grounds for immediate lease termination.
Vehicles: Per Florida Statute 790.251, Tenants may store a legal firearm in their private vehicle, provided it is "securely encased" and not visible from the exterior.
Strict Prohibition: The possession of illegal weapons, explosives, or incendiary devices is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Zero Tolerance for Illegal Activity: The use, possession, or sale of federally illegal drugs (including the smoking or growth of medical marijuana) on the premises is strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate eviction proceedings.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe students here are disrespectful, it makes it so difficult to focus on things with disabilities, teachers practically ignore the signs of struggling students due to the fact half of them wanna spend more time with the “bad” kids, specifically the kids that love to talk and somehow get away with even doing their assignments but of course the teacher will boost the deadline further ahead for them even if they wasted time not doing anything.Some of the administrators are even extremely disrespectful!! There could be a situation within the school where a student accidentally came to class late due to a personal issue they cannot control and the teacher could write them up for it, the student could try to speak about it and try to handle the situation without a write up / referral but the administrators will immediately defend the teacher and blame the student for said issue they are unable to control! If it was a female student that has hit their menstrual cycle they couldn’t care less about it and still write them up for it! But if it’s a male student coming to class and an administrator sees them within the hallways, they won’t say a word and nor will the teachers! Lockdowns are basically an occurring thing now a days if I’m being honest, they keep us in classrooms but barely give us updates on what’s happening which ends up scaring a few students in the process.“We care about your mental health” but will immediately ignore the signs of bullying which may even cause a student to harm themselves or possibly worse! They have posters around but clearly couldn’t care less about a student which isn’t even surprising! Students are constantly struggling with piles of work and tests while being pressured about having good grades and trying to not get summer school or be held back, that makes a child’s mental state even worse for them to handle. They wonder why students sleep so much in their classrooms? Because half of them are up working on assignments! Yes some stay up if they want to but most of the time it’s also students trying to complete work before a deadline hits!This place sucks and it’s even coming from an ex-Eastridge student, and that school is HORRENDOUS.Better stick with online school than coming here.Student Review1mo ago
