Approximately 1.3 Mile to the west gate of campus: Walk, bike or take the bus which runs at 8 minute intervals. From this property's central location, its a short walk to North Berkeley BART, Bus transportation to down town, S.F. and campus. Highly walkable to shops and restaurants.
A Block Away: Berkeley's bike path network, a park with volley ball, tennis and basketball, a community garden and lawn bowling. What a neighborhood!
Rooms: Entryway, long kitchen with gas stove and large pantry, dining area, expansive living room, pretty bath and two spacious bedrooms t. The apartment is unfurnished.
We are looking for quiet and considerate tenants. This place is a refuge for people who do not want to live with pets, particularly people who are allergic to animals, so please no pets. Non-smokers only.
One year lease.
Utilities: Tenants pay for their own Utilities. Units are separately metered for gas, electricity and water.
Other fees in separate agreement :
For the first 5 years of tenancy: $5/month for washer and dryer in unit and $5/month for shared garbage service. After 5 years, tenant is responsible for maintenance and replacement of washer and dryer if it needs to be replaced. After 5 years of tenancy, tenant pays actual garbage rate that landlord pays divided by number of units using the service. Parking is a part of the separate agreement and is $35/month.
