Solid Location in Central Berkeley in an area with a nice community feel. Easy 10 minute walk to North Berkeley Bart, shops, restaurants and groceries, and coffee shops. There is a park with tennis courts nearby. Adding to the interest are a lawn bowling club and a community garden and swimming pool in the neighborhood. Great residents. Shared outdoor furnished patio. Easy commute to SF, downtown Berkeley and UC.
There is a bus that runs to campus and downtown every 8 minutes. One space of gated parking is available for $35/month. Tenants have their own utility accounts.

What you will like about the unit:
(1) Lovely Sunlight in all rooms!
(2)Lovely kitchen with maple cabinetry, granite counters and recessed lighting. Built in microwave and dishwasher.
(3) In Unit Washer and Dryer.
(3)Flexibility with spaces. If you want, you can use the stainless steel worktable area in the kitchen as an office work space. There is also plenty of space in the oversized living room to set up office/desk space.
(4) Lovely wood tongue and groove wood floors throughout.
(5) Nice paint palette, not common in apartments. Beautiful light fixtures.
(6) Pretty bath with marble floors, navy vanity and full bath.
(7) Pleasant dining area overlooking olive trees.
(8). Gated parking lot.
(9) Good amount of storage.

Non-smokers only. No pets please. These things are very important to our apartment community.
