We are looking for quiet and considerate tenants. This place is a refuge for people who do not want to live with pets, particularly people who are allergic to animals, so please no pets. Non-smokers only.
One year lease.
Utilities: Tenants pay for their own Utilities. Units are separately metered for gas, electricity and water.
Other fees in separate agreement :
